Hello! My name is Pam Swenson and I am the founder of Trusted HR Solutions based in Central/Southern California. I have been in the HR field for over 30 years, most recently dedicating 33 years of my career to an outstanding Santa Barbara & Ventura County non-profit. I hold an SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification and have a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in HR.
I bring a common sense and compassionate approach to the table and I have the ability to make well thought out decisions by looking at all sides of an issue before determining the best course of action. Having worked in HR for so long, I also have a working knowledge of day-to day HR operations.
